•The prepared power press is provided with a rigid clutch, for ensuring continuous and mass production sequence. Our supplied power press is made from the high-grade raw material, sourced from reliable vendors in the market. Features:
•Frame: The frame is made of all steel. The structure is designed so that stresses and deformations are held within acceptable limits. This helps in maintaining the accuracy of the geometric structure and thus in close distance between the die and punch leads to a good final product quality and increased tool life.
•Crankshaft: The crankshaft is made of a special alloy. The processing is carried out under strict supervision to ensure high-quality and durability. The crankshaft is fitted in bronze bushes for smooth, precise operation and longer life.
•Clutch: The clutch is made of special steel to ensure their durability. Single pin/rolling key clutch is provided for 10 tons to 300 tons presses available. Double rotary key clutch to request available. The clutch is rigid and well supported. It works in a continuous sequence for mass production.
•Gears: The gears are made of steel or cast iron and their teeth are generated by the precision hobbing machine.
•Ram, Slide & Table: The ram, slide & table are made of special cast iron cast iron & properly seasoned. They are perfectly aligned with each other to obtain high accuracy and precision press operation.
•Lubrication: Oil cups are placed on the machine lubrication available when needed. Hand operated/motor-driven lubrication system to request available.
•Hand Scraping: This is done by skilled workers who hand-scrape each component masterfully. The expertise of the individual processing adds value to the design and expresses the quality.
